摘要
指导教育管理活动的理论及其操作方法大多来源于其他管理领域,但是教育和工商业等领域的管理又有着明显的不同。如果我们冒然引进其他领域的管理理论而不加以吸收消化,不能辩证运用,就容易导致人们对管理理论的误读和误用,进而发生教育管理实践与目标的偏离。
The theory and operation method guiding the education management mostly originate from other management fields. However, education management is obviously different from the man-agement in industry and commerce fields. If these ideas are introduced into education management without assimilation or digestion, misunderstanding or misuse of management theory is likely to occur ,and results in the deviation of education management practice from the objective.
