Research of Software Project Schedule Management for Contact Center

文章以互联网行业一个多媒体联络中心系统开发项目为案例,通过将关键链技术引入到项目进度管理中,对此项目的进度管理进行深入研究,将一般项目进度管理方法下的工期计划与引入关键链技术后的实际实施过程工期情况作对比,达到用关键链技术指导互联网行业系统开发实践的目的,帮助企业解决转型过程中的实际问题。

In this paper, a multimedia contact center system development project in the Internet industry was taken as an example.By introducing the key chain technology into the project schedule management, the progress management of this project was deeply studied.It took the normal project schedule management method compared with project schedule management afterapplying the critical chain method.By comparing the results, we can see the advantages of the critical chain method.And using this method can help companies solve the practical problems.
