摘要
文章以经典模型层次分析法(AHP)和供应商管理指标体系(QCDSTAP)作为理论指导。按照电子消费产业产品的普遍生命周期,本评估方法被分为"新产品导入"、"量产初期"和"稳定量产"三个阶段。通过以上工具及理论的应用与结合,设计的评估方法实现了客观、动态的特点。
This kind of evaluation method had been widely used in consumer electronics industry.Vendor Dynamic Evaluation （VDE ） which is the main topic of this paper, is going to be an effective way to improve the current status.DVE is an integration of classical theory and tools. Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP ）and Supplier Management Index System （ QCDSTAP ） helped to build the structure of the model, and the entire evaluation was divided into NPI period, ramp up period and sustaining ramping period based on the status quo of consumer electronics industry.Using the theory and tools above, the evaluation could be objective and dynamical.
