摘要
简要介绍了近红外光谱技术的发展、技术的特点,着重论述了近红外光谱技术在茶叶品质成分如茶多酚、咖啡碱、水分、氨基酸等检测方面的应用,展望了近红外在茶叶品质检测应用中的前景。
The development of near infrared spectroscopy ( NIRS) and characteristics of the technique are briefly introduced, and the application of NIRS in tea quality components detection such as tea polyphenols, caffeine, water contents and amino acids was emphatically discussed in this paper.
