阴离子色谱——串联质谱法测定含蛋白制品中三聚氰酸残留量

摘要 建立了宠物食品、乳制品等含蛋白制品中三聚氰酸(CYA)残留量分析方法。样品用水和乙腈混合溶液提取,离心后取上清夜加入1mol/L Na OH溶液,过阴离子固相萃取小柱富集净化,经阴离子色谱柱分离后串联质谱测定,内标法定量。本方法的检测低限为0.25mg/kg,添加浓度在0.25-0.50mg/kg范围时,回收率为99.1-120.0%,精密度在1.26-5.54%之间。 A method was proposed fo r determination of cyanuric acid (CYA ) in products containing proteins such as pet foods, and dairy products Samples were extracted via a mixture o f water - acetonitrile, and after centrifugation, 1 mol /L NaOH solution was added in to the upper layer. anion SPE columns were used for sample clean - up and enrichment of CYA . The extracts were seperated and detected by anion exchange liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spec-trometry. Internal standard methods were appl ied fo r quantitative analysis. The limit of quantitation ( LOQ ) could reach 0. 25 mg/kg,and as recoveries were between 99.1 and 120. 0 % with precision of 1.26 -5. 54%,at spike levels of 0. 25 -0. 50 mg/kg.
