摘要
为了进一步确保一次性使用无菌导尿管在临床使用中的安全,避免因乳胶类导尿管致患者发生乳胶过敏反应,研究考察了一次性使用无菌导尿管中可溶性蛋白的含量,参照GB/T 21870-2008的改进Lowry法对37批次样品进行了测定,并对结果进行了分析。分析结果表明,所有乳胶类导尿管中均检出了可溶性蛋白,且在规定波长600nm-750nm范围内对照空白样液测定的吸光度下进行测定更为合理,对导尿管可溶性蛋白的测定十分有必要。
In order to further ensure the safety of the disposable use asepsis catheter in the clinical use, avoid because of la-tex catheter induced in patients with allergic reactions to latex, examines the disposable sterile urethral catheter in soluble protein content, according to GB / T 21870 -2008 modified Lowry method of 37 batches of samples were determined, and the results were analyzed. Analysis results show that all the latex class catheter were detected in the soluble protein,and in the specified wavelength 600nm - 750nm range control absorbance of blank sample solution was measured by a more rea-sonable, and to guide catheter soluble protein determination is necessary.
