香精香料化学专业选修课教学研究初探——以上饶师范学院应用化学专业为例

Tentative Teaching Study of Chemistry of Fragrances and Perfume Professional Elective Courses——Take Applied Chemistry Specialty of Shangrao Normal University as an Example

从教学内容、教学方式、课程评价方面探讨了香精香料化学选修课的教学模式。采用课前案例、课中多媒体技术、课后实践等灵活的教学方式,通过丰富教学方法和手段,把理论与实践相结合,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高了课堂教学效果。

Teaching modes of chemistry of fragrances and perfume elective course, such as teaching contents ,teaching meth-ods and course evaluations were discussed. Flexible teaching methods including the case before class ,multimedia technology in class,the practice after class, by the rich methods and means, combining theory and practice, it had shown that the students’ enthusiasm and initiative for study were greatly kindled and good results in teaching were achieved in the modes.
