浅析工业企业危险废物和副产品的管理

随着我国工业的发展壮大,从事轻工业、重工业及危化业的企业数量也迅速增长,而危险废物与副产品的性质界定与相关管理模式、管理办法并不完善,甚至滞后于工业发展,伴随工业生产过程排放的危险废物和副产品增多的矛盾日益突出。危险废物带来的严重污染和潜在的严重影响,已经是全社会不可回避的敏感问题。本文就危险废物和副产品的定义、管理现状、危险废物与副产品的判别、管理建议展开论述,以期为危险废物的有效管理提供参考。

It is an inevitable problem of the significantly negative effect generated by hazardous wastes. With the develop-ment of Chinese industrialization, the number of enterprise from light, heavy and dangerous chemical industries keeps grow-ing . The identification and management of hazardous waste and by - products, however, are not perfected, and even lagging behind the industr ial development. This phenomenon gives rise to the contradiction between management and emission. We discussed about the identification , discrimination and management o f hazardous waste and by - products in addition to the management suggestions.
