摘要
随着人们购买汽车的总量增长,发生交通事故的比例也在上升,对汽车的维修保养需求也不断增大,为了保障车辆出行的安全和维护人民的正常生活,需要对汽车维修中的每个环节进行质量把控,只有这样才能够保障汽车维修后的正常行驶。笔者根据自己的实际工作经验,阐述了汽车维修质量控制的内容和目的,对汽车维修的服务质量管理体系进行分析,找出汽车维修质量上存在的问题,并提出一些解决措施。
With the increase of total purchase of cars, traffic accident ratio is also on the rise,and automobile maintenance de-mand isalso increasing.In order to ensure the traffic safety and normal life of the people, it needs to control quality ofeach step of auto-mobile maintenance , only in which way can guarantee the normal drive after maintenance.Based on the author＇s practical working ex- perience, the paper expounds the content and purpose of the automobile maintenance quality control,analyses service quality man-agement system of vehicle maintenance, finds out problems in vehicle maintenance quality,and puts forward some solutions.
