环保型抽油烟机设计研究

现有吸油烟机所用的滤油装置一般采用网状滤油结构,其缺点是油脂分离度较低,且其仅有滤油作用,不能实现导油和搜集油脂,以及吸油烟机使用一段时间后其内部到处是油污,且难于清洁,同时,排油管中滴下油渍还污染到邻居和住房的周围,为此,用户甚为烦恼,但又无可奈何,针对这种情况,运用物理学、机械基础有关知识,设计制造了一种设计合理、结构简单、方便实用、污油回收方便的环保型抽油烟机,具有一定的社会推广价值。

The oil filter device for existing hood adopts net oil filter structure, the disadvantage of which is with low oil separa- tion,and can＇t filter,guide and collect oil. Meanwhile,after a period of time,the inside is greasy and difficult to clean and the oil drips drop to the surrounding neighborhood and housing, Therefore, the users are very troubled,but have no choice.For this situa- tion, the paper designs a environmentally friendly exhaust hood with reasonable design, simple structure and convenient and prac-tical oil collection device using basic knowledge about physics and mechanical design,which has a certain social value.
