P-CDIO理念下创新创业人才培养模式研究——以汽车检测与维修专业为例

Research on the Training Pattern with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Based on CDIO——Taking Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Major for Example

为提升学生就业能力与岗位适配性,研究P-CDIO工程教育理念与创新创业教育模式相融合的人才培养模式。针对现代高职院校人才培养存在的问题,结合汽车检测与维修专业的就业特点,设计P-CDIO理念下创新创业人才培养模式方案,分析课程体系、教学模式、学生学习模式、考核方式等内容,以提升学生的综合职业能力与可持续发展能力。

In order to improve the ability of employment and post adaptation, the training pattern is studied which integrates the P-CDIO engineering education concept and the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode.Aiming at the problems of training pattern in higher vocational colleges,combining with the employment characteristics of automobile inspection and main- tenance,the training pattern scheme of innovation and entrepreneurship with CDIO is designed. Also^urriculum system,teaching mode, students learning mode and examination method and so on are analyzed. So,the comprehensive professional ability and sus-tainable development ability are improved.
