文章针对当前大学生心理健康存在的各种现状,分析其产生的根本原因,并结合大学生心理健康教育相关活动探讨相应的对策,以此来促进高职院校学生心理健康成长。

According to the present situation of College Students＇ psychological health, the paper analyses of the causes,and discusses countermeasures combining with college students＇ mental health education activities, in order to promote the mental healthy growth of students in higher vocational colleges.
