How to Innovate the Training Mode of Agronomy Major in Secondary Vocational School

农艺是中职的一个传统专业,主要面向有志于农业经济发展的青年,有很强的针对性。但由于中职农艺专业毕业生的就业渠道狭窄,教育模式与现实需要不相适应,成为制约职业教育发展的瓶颈。文章以中职农艺专业教学模式的创新为主题,探索目前在农艺专业人才培养模式上存在的问题,寻找出模式创新上的路径,最后提出人才培养模式的完善和创新。

Agronomy is a traditional major in secondary vocational schools,whichmainly aims at the young people who are in-terested in the development of agricultural economy. However,due to the narrow employment channels of Agronomy graduates in vocational schools, the educational model does not meet the needs of reality,and becomes the bottleneck restricting the develop-ment of vocational education.Based on the innovative teaching mode in secondary vocational education agronomy as the theme , the paper explores the existing problems in the mode of cultivating professional talents for Agronomy,path mode innovation,finally puts forward the improvement and innovation of talent training model.
