摘要
大学生公民意识教育,就是通过教育帮助大学生了解、知晓并养成主体意识、权利意识、义务与责任意识以及程序意识,使他们在认同国家及宪法、法律的基础上,具备民主法治素养,并最终将公民意识转化为良好的公民行为,成为现代国家的合格公民。现代法治社会合格公民必然具备法治思维。大学生公民意识养成的过程必然也是大学生法治思维培养的过程。公民教育是大学教育中必不可少的内容,以对大学生进行公民意识教育为主线来培养大学生法治思维是一条比较理想的路径。
Cultivation of citizen awareness for college students is to help them understand,know and foster their subjective consciousness,right consciousness,obligation and responsibility consciousness and procedure consciousness. Qualified citizens in a modern law-ruling society should surely have the law-ruling thinking,and also the process of cultivating citizen awareness surely is the process of fostering the law- ruling thinking. Citizen education is an indispensable part of college education,therefore the cultivation of citizen awareness for college students as the principal line is a considerably ideal approach to fostering their law-ruling thinking.
