《黄河包头段水污染防治"十二五"规划》是开展包头市"十二五"时期的水环境保护工作的根本。根据内蒙古自治区对开展"十二五"规划评估工作的相关要求,采用定量、定性相结合的方法,客观评价规划目标完成情况、规划重点项目实施情况、规划重点任务实施情况,对未完成的指标和任务进行了原因分析,并提出了下一步推动规划实施的主要对策建议,为"十三五"时期流域水环境保护工作提供了依据。
