腰椎定位正脊手法对腰椎周围肌肉及筋膜代偿能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨腰椎定位正脊手法对急性期腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄症患者腰椎周围肌肉及筋膜代偿能力的影响。方法随机将急性期腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄症患者80例,分为腰椎定位正脊手法组和常规针灸推拿法组,每组40例。统计分析两组的影像学检查结果及临床疗效。结果腰椎定位正脊手法组改善率与总有效率为92.5%,显著高于常规针灸推拿法组50.0%(P<0.05)。结论腰椎定位正脊手法能够提高急性期腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄症患者的腰椎周围肌肉及筋膜代偿能力。 Objective To investigate the influences of lumbar positioning ridge practices in lumbar muscles around and fascia compensatory ability of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation with nerve root canal stenosis. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation with nerve root canal stenosis who were treated in our hospital were divided into lumbar positioning ridge manipulation group (n = 40 ) conventional massage therapy and acupuncture group (n = 40) two groups according to the treatment methods, the imaging findings and clinical effects of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The improvement rate of the lumbar positioning ridge manipulation group 92. 5% was significantly higher than the conventional acupuncture and massage therapy group 50.0% (P〈0.05), the total treatment effective rate 92. 5% was significantly higher than the conventional acupuncture and massage therapy group 50. 0% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The lumbar positioning ridge practices can improve the lumbar muscles around and fascia compensatory ability of patients with acute lumbar disc herniation with nerve root canal stenosis.
