摘要 理论力学和材料力学是高校工科专业的重要基础课程,课程开设的主要目的是培养学生掌握工程力学的基本理论、计算技术与实验技能,能够解决工程领域中与力学相关的基本问题。该文对基础力学课程全英文教学的经验进行了总结,针对教学过程中发现的一些问题和新形势下对全英文教学模式的要求,阐述了多项正在实施且不断改进的教学举措,并取得了很好的教学效果。 Theoretical mechanics and mechanics of materials are important basic courses of engineering specialty in colleges and universities. The main purpose of the courses is to train students to master the fundamental theories, computational techniques and experimental skills in engineering mechanics. Students should be able to solve the basic mechanics-related problems in the engineering field. The experience of full English teaching in basic mechanics courses is summarized in this paper. To cope with the problems encountered in the teaching process and fulfill the requirements for full English teaching in the new situation, a number of ongoing and continuously improving measures are elaborated, and a very good teaching effect has been achieved.
