Operation Planning Technology for Missile Penetration

导弹突防和反导拦截是"矛"与"盾"的关系,构成了攻防对抗体系两个方面。首先,研究了突防作战方案筹划的不确定性决策问题及其解决思路,分析了突防作战方案筹划要素间关系;然后,提出了突防作战方案筹划的新思路和新方法,构建了方案筹划所需模型体系,并给出了典型模型样例;最后,剖析了突防作战方案筹划难点,以期对方案筹划和突防研究提供借鉴。

The missile penetration and the anti-missile interception are a kind of spear-shield relation, including two aspects of attack-defense countermine system. Firstly, uncertainty decision problems of penetration operation planning and their resolution idea are studied. The relationships between elements of the penetration operation planning are analyzed. Then, the new ideas and the new methods for penetration operation planning are proposed. The planning model architecture is constructed, and the typical model sample is presented. Finally, the difficulties of penetration operation planning are analyzed. Thus, it is a reference for the research on operation planning and missile penetration.
