摘要
约20%的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石,微创治疗已成为趋势。目前对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的微创治疗有多种方案。如何选择比较合适的治疗方案是临床首要问题。本文通过比较各个治疗方案的优缺点,探讨选择每个方案的依据,从而为临床治疗决策提供帮助。
About 20% of gallbladder stones are associated with common bile duct stones（ CBDS）.Minimally invasive treatments have already been accepted for their management. It is very important to know how to choose the best one among these minimally invasive treatments. This article will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of every treatment,and study the terms of selecting each one,which can raise the decision levels of clinical practice.
