卵巢Sertoli-Leydig细胞瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女性,55岁,发现盆腔肿块4年,尿频尿急2个月,近3个月无明显诱因出现尿急、尿频,无发烧,无腹痛腹泻。半月前经超声检查提示左侧附件区囊性包块,直径约11 cm。患者10年前因子宫多发肌瘤行子宫次全切除术。CT检查（图1-3）：左侧附件区可见巨大囊性肿块影,其前壁局限增厚,并呈结节状突出,最厚处13 mm,平扫实性结节CT值为27 HU,增强扫描明显强化,CT值65 HU,囊性部分未见强化.
