摘要
为研究聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)酯化反应过程工艺参数的影响,基于Aspen Plus开发了一种PTT间歇直接酯化合成工艺的数学模型,利用模型研究了单体进料比、反应温度对酯化率和副产物二聚丙二醇醚(DPG)的影响。模型预测值与实验数据相吻合,模型计算表明,为了避免酯化物中副产物DPG含量过高,浆料进料比需要控制在1.6以下。
In order to study the influence of process parameters on the poly(trimethylene terephthlate) (PTT) esterification reaction, a mathematical model for the semi batch esterification process of poly (trimethylene tereph-thalate )synthesis has been developed based on Aspen Plus. Effects of the monomer feed ratio, reaction tempera-tures on the degree of esterification, and the by-product formation of dipropylene ether glycol were studied. The model predictive values were very close to the experiment data. The monomer feed ratio should be less than 1.6 to avoid DPG be over produced.
