摘要
仪征化纤现有的部分增容改造聚酯装置,酯化系统设有两套工艺塔,与常规的五釜流程相比,具有设备多、能耗高等缺点。实际生产过程中,第二酯化工艺塔运行需要消耗大量的热量。根据聚酯装置工艺塔运行能力,对二酯工艺塔停用进行了可行性分析,并对停用效果进行跟踪,验证了方案的可行性以及节能降耗的效果。
Yizheng Chemical Fiber exists part of the increase capacity transformation polyester plants, which esterification system have two sets of process tower. Compared with the conventional five kettle process, they have more equipment, higher energy consumption and other shortcomings. During the actual production process, the second ester process tower needs to consume a large amount of heat. According to operation ability of esterification chemical process tower in the polyester plant, we analysis the feasibility of stopping the second esterification chemi-cal process tower, and track discontinuation effect, verify the feasibility of reforming project and the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.
