针刺、叩刺联合耳针治疗阴虚夹瘀型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症疗效及相关因素分析

Curative effect analysis of acupuncture,needle tapping combined with auricular acupuncture on obesity of Yin deficiency blood stasis type complicated with hyperlipidaemia

目的观察针刺、叩刺联合耳针对阴虚夹瘀型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症患者的干预效应,并分析影响疗效的因素。方法选择阴虚夹瘀型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症患者136例,采用针刺、叩刺联合耳针治疗,治疗3个月后观察患者肥胖指标体质量、肥胖度(A%)、体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分率(F%),血脂指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化和疗效,并对不同因素的疗效结果进行分析。结果 136例单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症患者治疗后肥胖指标体质量、A%、BMI、F%及TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前降低,HDL-C升高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率89.71%。女性疗效显著优于男性(P<0.05);年龄、肥胖度与疗效的关系表现为年龄越小,肥胖度越轻,疗效越好(P<0.05);进一步分析不同病因诱因、病程及证候与疗效无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论针刺、叩刺联合耳针治疗阴虚夹瘀型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症有较好的疗效,患者性别、年龄、肥胖度对疗效均有显著影响。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture, needle tapping combined with auricular acu-puncture on obesity of Yin deficiency blood stasis type complicated with hyperlipidaemia, can its influence factor on efficacy. Methods 136 Yin deficiency blood stasis type obesity patients complicated with hyperlipidaemia were se-lected and treated with acupuncture, needle tapping combined with auricular acupuncture. The obesity indexes inclu-ding body mass, obesity degree （A% ） , body mass index （BMI） and body fat percentage （F% ） , and the lipid pa-rameters including cholesterol （ TC ） , triglyceride （ TG） , low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） 3 months after treatment were measured, as well as the curative effects. Results The body mass, A% , BMI, ￥% , TC, TG, LDL - C after treatment were decreased, and the HDL - C was increased, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate was 89.71 %. The curative effect in female patients was obvious higher than male patients （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The age and obesity degree were smaller, the curative effect was better （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The pathogenesis, inducement and syndrome had no statistical differences on the corre-lation with curative effect （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined therapy of acupuncture, needle tapping and auricular acupuncture has good clinical effect on obesity of Yin deficiency blood stasis type complicated with hyperlipidaemia.The gender, age and obesity degree have significant effect on curative effects.
