摘要
应用基于DNA分子标记的人工绘制植物品种树形鉴别图法(Manual cultivar identification diagram,MCID)对来源于中国各地的20个萝卜品种进行了鉴定。结果表明,通过设计筛选出的4个RAPD随机引物和4次PCR扩增、统计凝胶电泳谱带,并人工绘制品种树形鉴别图,即可将20个萝卜品种在分子水平上进行快速区分。
A method for varie)y identification using a manual eultivar identification diagram (MCID) based on DNA molecular markers was applied to the identification of 20 radish varieties around China. The result showed that the 20 radish varieties were rapidly and easily distinguished at the molecular level through four rounds of PCR amplification using four random amplified polymorphie DNA (RAPD) primers, analysis of the bands of gel eleetrophoresis and development of the tree-based identification ehar)s.
