摘要 为筛选适宜低温环境的耐冷葫芦砧木品种,本研究以11份葫芦砧木种质资源为材料,分析其在8℃低温胁迫下的冷害指数,测定与耐冷性相关的7项生理生化指标,利用隶属函数法和聚类分析对其耐冷性进行综合评价。结果表明,低温处理下,冷害指数、抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)活性、氧化损伤指标(MDA含量)、渗调物质(脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白)含量,可作为苗期耐冷性鉴定的评价指标。通过隶属函数法和聚类分析将11份供试葫芦砧木材料分为3大类群:强耐冷性品种(NZ、CF、AS、RS、HG和QY)、中度耐冷性品种(JX、Y1、JZ和Y3)和冷敏感性品种(KC)。强耐冷葫芦砧木NZ、CF、AS、RS、HG和QY可以作为耐冷葫芦砧木资源种质改良的候选材料。 This work aims to select cold tolerance bottle gourd rootstock varieties. Eleven bottle gourd rootstock ac-cessions were used to analyze their cold tolerant ability. Chilling injury index and seven physiological and biochemical indi-ces that were related to cold tolerance were evaluated. The cold tolerant ability of 11 bottle gourd germplasms was compre-hensively evaluated by the methods of subordinate function value and cluster analysis. Chilling injury index,antioxidant en-zymes ( SOD, CAT),oxidative damage parameter (MDA content),osmolytes (Pro and soluble protein content) had sig-nificant correlation with seedling 's cold tolerant ability,which meaning that these six physiological and biochemical indices could be used as an effective assessment index for the cold tolerant ability of bottle gourd rootstock seedling. The cold tolerant ability of analyzed bottle gourd samples was classified into three levels by using the subordinate function and the cluster analysis: strong cold tolerance varieties (N Z, CF, AS, RS,HG and QY), intermediated cold tolerance varieties ( J X ,Y1, JZ and Y3) and cold sensitive variety ( KC) . NZ, CF,AS,RS,HG and QY were cold-tolerant bottle gourd rootstock varieties, which could be used as candidate materials for improvement of cold tolerant bottle gourd rootstocks.
