摘要
稠油乳化降黏技术与其它稠油开发措施相比具有操作简便和经济性好等优点,其中强化分散体系由于其良好的乳化降黏性以及简易的注入工艺在海上油田广泛使用。通过室内物理模拟实验方法研究了强化分散体系性能及其乳化降黏机理。结果表明,强化分散体系对海上稠油有较好的乳化降黏效果,且形成的乳状液相对稳定,破乳也较为容易。另外,强化分散体系与原油乳化作用可以导致部分表面活性剂组分进入原油中,进而影响强化分散体系与油间乳化效果和界面张力。
Heavy oi l emulsi fying and viscosi ty reducing technology has the advantages of simple operat ion, good economy,andso on. The intensified dispersing system has been widely used in offshore field because of its good emulsification viscosity andsimple injection process. In this paper,the performance and mechanism of dispersed system were studied experiments. The results showed that the intensified dispersing system had good emulsifying effect on reducing viscosity of offshore heavy oil. The formed emulsion was relatively stable, and the dcmuls ification was also easy. Besides, the emulsification of intensified dispersing system and oil may make a part of surfactant component the emulsifying effect and IFT between intensified dispersing system and oil.
