摘要
方便抽取贵州省高师生473人进行问卷调查,结果表明:1.高师生的专业承诺整体上处于中等偏上水平,女生的专业承诺水平显著高于男生。2.专业承诺水平的年级差异十分显著。专业承诺水平大一最高,大三次之,大二最低。3.高师生教师职业成熟度整体上过低。女生的教师职业成熟度极其显著高于男生。4.教师职业成熟度存在极其显著的年级差异。5.教师职业成熟度存在显著的专业差异。6.专业承诺及其四个维度与教师职业成熟度间具有十分显著的正相关关系。理想承诺、情感承诺能显著预测教师职业成熟度,规范承诺和继续承诺不能显著预测教师职业成熟度。
In this paper, 473 students in higher normal college in Guizhou were chosen to be investigated. The result shows that: ( 1)The level of professional commitment is in the middle, and the level of girlsvis significantly higher than that of boys. (2 ) There is significant difference in grade in professional commitment. ( 3 ) The level of teacher career maturity is too low. The level of teacher career maturity of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. (4) There is a very significant grade difference in teachers career maturity. (5 ) There is sig-nificant difference in specialty in teacher professional maturity. (6 ) There is significant positive correlation be-tween professional commitment and its four dimensions and teacher career maturity. The ideal commitment and af-fective commitment can significantly predict teachers^career maturity, but the normative commitment and continu-ance commitment cant.
