论证高校图书馆简介英译现实及意义,研读外宣翻译要求理论,提出高校图书馆简介英译要在外宣翻译要求观照下从文本内容和语言两方面进行策略性思考,以实现其简介英译的规范化、科学化。

The paper first ly argues the reality and significance of the introduc tion to university library , and then studies the requirements for translation in Chinas global communicat ion. Finally , it points out that the transla-tion strategies of the introduct ion to un iversity library based on requirements for translation in Chinas global commu-nication should be pondered over and constructed from two aspects of text content and language in order to standard-ize and scientize the English introduction.
