摘要
旅游业正逐步成为国民经济的战略性支柱产业,加快建设旅游强省,打造全国一流、国际知名的旅游目的地是江苏旅游业发展所面临的重大任务。旅游电商作为旅游业转型升级、做大做强的重要手段,已成为江苏旅游业发展的有力抓手。江苏旅游电商发展既面临着不可多得的发展机遇,也会遭遇多方面的问题。基于对全省旅游电商发展的专题调查以及多方的意见征询,发现当前江苏旅游电商发展存在着"对发展旅游电子商务的认识不够深入""缺乏对发展旅游电子商务的统筹规划和统一指导"等十二个方面的问题,建议采取"进一步提高对发展旅游电商的认识""加强对旅游电商的领导和顶层设计"等十个方面的对策措施。
Tourism is growing into a strategic pillar industry of Chinese national economy. It is a major task for Jiangsu to accelerate the construction of a strong tourism province and to build a national first-class and internationally renowned tourist destination. As an important means to upgrade tourism and be bigger and stronger, tourism E-commerce has become a powerful approach in Jiangsu. Its development is facing both rare opportunities and many problems. Based on a survey of the tourism E-commerce in the whole province and a consultation with various parties, this paper sorts out twelve problems represented by a lack of awareness of tourism E-commerce and lack of overall planning. It further suggests ten solutions, especial-ly to enhance the awareness of tourism E-commerce and to strengthen the leadership and top-level design in this aspect.
