性别与阶层视野下的自主招生学生成长——基于S大学教育学专业自主招生的分析 被引量:5

摘要 以往自主招生的研究主要集中于自主招生的学生来源和政策效果,缺少对入学之后不同性别、阶层自主招生学生成长状况的探讨。本研究通过比较S大学两届教育学专业不同性别、阶层自主招生学生与统一招考学生的成长差异发现,自主招生学生整体的学业表现与统一招考学生无显著差异,但自主招生男生在入学第一年的学业表现超越了统一招考男生,在第二年则有下滑趋势;尽管自主招生学生的专业认同强于统一招考学生,但仍有近15%的自主招生学生有过转专业的想法;来自农村的自主招生学生自卑感更强,容易放弃向外扩展的可能。因此,文章建议应更关注社会经济地位较低家庭的自主招生学生,帮助他们更自信地融入大学生活;面对自主招生学生在教育学专业学习中较为普遍的迷茫心态,高校迫切需要在课程设置和实践活动中多维度展现教育学的魅力,构建更个性化和人性化的联合生活平台。 Prior research on independent recruitment mainly focuses on the sources of those students and effectiveness of related policies,while there is a lack of research into the situations of independent recruited students of different genders and stratums after entry.This study focuses on the group characters and academic performance of independent recruited students and traditional-recruited students majoring in education in their first and second years in University S,and finds that the general performance of independent-recruited students had no significant difference when compared with traditional-recruited students,but the male independent-recruited students had higher academic achievement than male traditional-recruited students in the first year while they lost their advantage in the second year.Though the independent-recruited students recognize their major more,still 15%of them had thought of transferring their major.Rural independent-recruited students are more likely to feel self-abasement and can easily give up their courage to expand their life.Therefore,it is suggested that independent-recruited students from families of lower social and economic status should be paid more attention to so that they could be confident to fit in college life.To solve the problem of general perplexed feelings among independent-recruited students majoring in education,there should be more innovation in curriculum and social activity in order to show the fascination of education,and to build a more humanistic and more individualized joint life platform.
