摘要
工学结合在理论上模糊了教育与生产的界限,在实践中也难以对市场做出有效反应。选育结合明确了企业、学校和学生的不同功能定位,实现了基于市场规则的多方共赢。在经济新常态下,选育结合更具有理论价值和实践意义。全面推进选育结合,会对现有职业教育模式和制度形成有力冲击:企业实现对职业教育全过程的深度介入,工学结合的专业人才培养模式受到解构,同时职业院校的选修制度体系也将全面建立。
" Work-integrated learning" in theory blurs the boundaries between education and production,and in practice it is difficult to respond effectively to market. " Selection-education combination" defines the different functional orientations of enterprises,schools and students,and achieves a winwin situation based on market rules.Under the new economic normality, "selection-education combination" has more theoretical and practical significance.The comprehensive promotion of "selection-education combination" will impact the existing system of vocational education model and system strongly:enterprises will involve deeply in the whole vocational education process,the professional training mode of the " work-integrated learning" will be deconstructed,while elective institutional system of vocational schools and colleges will also be fully established.
