口蹄疫疫苗研究进展

摘要 通过政府行为,使用口蹄疫灭活疫苗强制免疫牲畜是当前我国控制和预防口蹄疫发生区域性流行的主要方式。近年来,生物技术的跨越式发展推动和促进了新型疫苗的研发工作,为口蹄疫的预防和控制带来了广阔的前景。笔者对常规疫苗和新型疫苗的研究现状进行简要介绍,并对口蹄疫疫苗的发展前景进行展望。 The compulsory immunization is the main measure to control and prevent the foot-and-mouth disease in our country. With the rapid development of biological technology, the appearance and development of new vaccines has brought a new and broad views to the control and prevent the foot-and-mouth disease. In the paper, a brief summary of conventional and new vaccines is presented, and the prospects of future development for the foot-and-mouth disease vaccines.
