摘要 随着核电技术的发展,我国在第三代压水堆核电机组的设备制造中,也有许多创新和设计上的开发利用。以AP1000机组主泵的组装试验为例,给出了AP1000主泵安装的技术条件,并根据国产化主泵拆装设备的技术特点,结合三门与海阳核电机组主泵安装的实践经验,详细阐述了主泵的安装方案和施工流程,为后续核电机组主泵的安装,提供参考。 The pressurized water reactor Nuclear Power Unit of the 3rd generation is different to previous power units, Some improvements have been made on structure and installation of the Reator Coolant Pump(abbr. RCP) with many features both in design and fabrication. The installation technical qualification of RCP were established in this paper based on its function and composing, as well as characteristics of the RCP installation/maintenance equipment domestically maded for the first time. Combined with the practice of Sanmen and Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), the RCP installation specification and steps were described hereafter in detail, it can be used as guidelines to provide for reference on the RCPs installation in coming projects.
