摘要 传统的以学科为中心的三段式医学课程模式已很难满足现代医学教育的需求,而课程整合是一项重要的教学改革模式。安徽医科大学基础医学院在5年制临床医学专业部分小班中实施了基础医学课程整合。该整合课程体系由两部分模块组成,第一部分模块以学科知识为连线进行整合,包括生命的化学、感染与免疫及基础医学导论等3个模块课程;第二部分模块基于人体器官系统整合的消化系统、心血管系统等9个模块课程,各模块课程教学分别在第二学期至第五学期进行。整合课程体系教学实施取得了一定的成效,但也存在着学生学习模式、教学效果评价等问题,需要在今后教学实践中不断地探讨和改进来加以解决。 The traditional three-stage discipline-centered medical curriculum model is difficult to meet the demands of modern medical education. However,curriculum integration is an important model of teaching reform. In recent years,the integration curriculum of basic medicine for clinical medical specialty has been implemented in Anhui Medical University. The integrated curriculum consisted of two sections. The first section,integrated according to the connection of subject knowledge,included 3 module courses: life chemistry,infection and immunity as well as the introduction of basic medicine; the second section,constructed based on human organ system,contained nine organ system modules such as the digestive system,cardiovascular system,etc. The teaching of module curriculum was respectively implemented from the second to the fifth semester. Good effects were achieved through the teaching of integrated curriculum,but some problems were encountered such as students' learning mode,evaluation on teaching effectiveness,etc. These problems need to be explored in future teaching practice.
