摘要
形状记忆合金(SMA)是一种具有多种特性的新兴功能材料,其力学性能与材料本身的元素组成比例、应力状态以及周围的环境温度等有着复杂的关系.本文选用某金属开发有限公司生产的镍钛SMA为研究对象,对12组48根奥氏体状态下形状记忆合金丝试件进行力学性能试验,通过改变电流、加载幅值、加载速率、循环次数和直径等主要试验参数,研究了形状记忆合金材料的力学特性.结果表明:加载幅值和加载速率是影响奥氏体SMA材料力学性能的主要参数.
The shape memory alloy (SMA) is a new functional material with a variety of properties. Its mechanical properties have complicated relations with material composition, stress state and environmental temperature. This paper chooses NiTi SMA produced by a metal development co., Ltd as the research object. Mechanical tests were conducted on 12 groups of 48 austenitic SMA samples. The mechanical characteristic of SMA was studied by changing the main test parameters such as the current, loading amplitude, loading rate, cyclic number, and wire diameter. The test results show that the loading amplitude and loading rate are the major parameters affecting the mechanical characteristics of austenite phase SMA.
