摘要
以吉林省抚松县松江河镇5年生人参还林地土壤为研究对象,分别追加不同施肥量的有机肥、尿素、钾肥、复合肥和定量的益生源、益微、DND菌剂、有机氮钾混肥,并以不施加肥料为对照,测定了施肥处理对人参还林地土壤蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明:6月施复合肥50g·m^(-2)对提高土壤蛋白酶的活性表现最优,是人参还林地土壤改良的重要措施。
The five-year-old ginseng soil in Songjiang town Fusong county of Jilin Province was conducted as the experimental objects,respectively adding different fertilization of organic fertilizer,urea,potash fertilizer,compound fertilizer and quantitative Yishengyuan,Yiwei,DND agent,organic nitrogen and potassium fertilizer,and the fertilizer was not applied for control,effects of fertilization treatment on ginseng soil protease activity were determined.The results showed that the optimal performance of the soil protease was improved by 50g·m-2in June,and it was an important measure to improve the soil enzyme activity.
