Government Affairs Service Standardization Construction and Practice

本文通过对全国政务服务标准化的现状进行总结,明确政务服务标准化的作用和发展方向;通过天津政务服务标准化现状的梳理,聚焦不足,在国家《行政许可标准化指引》的指导下,系统提出天津政务服务标准体系建设的原则、目标以及主要内容,为天津乃至全国其他省市政务服务标准化体系建设提出了明确的、系统的、可操作性的指导。

Based on the present situation of national government affairs service standardization, this paper makes clear the role and developing trend of government affairs service standardization. Secondly, this paper sorts out the present situation of government affairs service standardization in Tianjin and discusses its existing problems. At last, in the guidance of the National Standardization Guidelines for Administrative Licensing, this paper put forward the principles, objectives and main contents in the construction of the Tianjin government affairs service standardization, excepting to provide a clear, systematic and operational guidance to Tianjin and other provinces.
