摘要
本文系统分析了移动标准信息服务的用户需求特征和服务现状,并通过问卷调查分析,明确目前移动标准信息服务的欠缺之处,从而提出服务优化方向,并以食品安全标准文献专题库为例,构建基于用户体验的移动标准文献专题库。
This article systematic analysis of user demand characteristics and service actuality of mobile standard information service, and to carry out the actual survey, find the service deficiencies, thus put forward to the service optimized direction. Meanwhile, take the food safety standard thematic database for example, structure the mobile standard thematic database based on user experience.
