三维适形放疗并BP同步化疗对宫颈癌放疗损伤的防范作用

Preventive Effect of Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with BP Concurrent Chemotherapy on Radiation Injury in Cervical Cancer

目的观察三维适形放疗联合顺铂及博来霉素同步化疗对中晚期宫颈癌放疗损伤的防范作用。方法选取我院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的中晚期宫颈癌62例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例。观察组行三维适形放疗联合顺铂、博来霉素同步化疗,对照组予常规放疗,比较两组治疗效果、放疗损伤、复发转移及生存情况。结果两组治疗效果与总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组放疗损伤率显著降低(P<0.05),生存率显著升高(P<0.05);两组复发转移情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合顺铂及博来霉素同步化疗可显著提高中晚期宫颈癌的治疗效果,同时对放疗损伤具有防范作用,安全性高。

Objective To observe preventive effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with BP concurrent chemotherapy on radiation injury in middle-advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 62 patients with mid-dle-advanced cervical cancer between January 2013 and January 2015 were divided into observation group （n=31） and con-trol group （n=31） according to random digital table method. Observation group was given three-dimensional conformal radio-therapy combined with BP concurrent chemotherapy, while control group was given conventional radiotherapy. Therapeutic effect, radiation injury, recurrence, metastasis and survival rate were compared in two groups. Results There were signifi-cant differences in therapeutic effect and total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Compared with those in con-trol group, in observation group, radiation damage rate was significantly decreased （P〈0. 05）, and survival rate was signifi-cantly increased （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in recurrence and metastasis between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with BP concurrent chemotherapy can significantly improve therapeutic effect of patients with middle-advanced cervical cancer, and has preventive effect on radiation injury with good security.
