摩罗丹联合金双歧治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of moluodan combined with golden bifid on treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with helicobacter pylori

目的:探讨分析摩罗丹联合金双歧治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:204例Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各102例。研究组给予摩罗丹和金双歧联合治疗,而对照组只给与单纯摩罗丹治疗。比较两组临床症状缓解总有效率、Hp根除率、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.1%,显著高于对照组的78.4%(P﹤0.05),不良反应发生率为11.8%,显著低于对照组的23.5%(P﹤0.05)。两组Hp根除率比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:摩罗丹联合金双歧治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎优于单纯摩罗丹治疗,临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Moloudan and golden group in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） positive chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 204 Hp positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into study group and control group with 102 eases in each group. The study group was treated with the combination of Luo Dan and Jin, while the control group was only treated with moloudan. The clinical symptoms of two groups were compared with the total effective rate, the rate of Hp eradication rate and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results ： Total effective rates of treatment group was 94. 1%, which was significantly higher than that of control group with 78. 4% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse reaction in the control group was 23.5 %, which was higher than that in treatment group with 11.8% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Moluodan combined with golden bifid in treatment of Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis showed a better clinical efficacy.
