摘要
为寻求新型的活性碳纤维材料,以三聚氰胺、乙二醇和甲醛为原料,以三乙醇胺、聚乙烯醇为催化剂和调节剂,合成了蜜胺纺丝液,并采用干-湿法纺制蜜胺纤维,进一步通过800℃炭化处理制得蜜胺基活性碳纤维。通过SEM、TGA、TG-MS测试表明,所制备的蜜胺纤维具有表面光滑、缺陷少的特点,蜜胺纤维在386℃以内具有良好的热稳定性。XRD和氮吸附测试结果表明,直接炭化后制得的蜜胺基活性碳纤维的骨架结构为非晶型碳形态,孔道的分布主要集中在10nm以下,比表面积为577.8m^2·g^(-1)。本研究所合成的蜜胺基活性碳纤维具有较好的孔道结构和较大的比表面积,是比较好的吸附材料。
To improve performance of activated carbon fiber material,melamine,ethylene glycol and formaldehyde were selected as precursors,triethanolamine and poly vinyl alcohol were used as catalyst and regulator respectively,to synthesize melamine dope,and melamine fiber was obtained by dry-wet spinning method.Melamine-based activated carbon fiber was prepared after carbonization at 800 ℃.The analysis results of SEM,TGA,TG-MS suggest that the obtained melamine fiber had smooth surface,less defect and good thermal stability within 386 ℃.XRD and nitrogen adsorption characterization results show that the melamine-based activated carbon fiber featured with amorphous skeleton structure,microporous structure and larger specific surface area.Pore size distribution was mainly concentrated on under 10 nm,and the surface area of Melamine-based activated carbon was 577.8m^2·g^(-1).All results show that the melamine-based activated carbon fiber was an ideal adsorption material.
