摘要
目的:研究母体罹患甲亢与仔鼠肝损伤的关系。方法:首先建立妊娠合并甲亢模型,取新生5、10d和15d仔鼠肝组织。分别进行解剖学及组织病理学检查,采用实时定量PCR法检测甲状腺激素受体TRα1、TRα2、TRβ1在肝组织中mRNA水平表达量的变化。结果:甲亢仔鼠肝细胞内出现细胞水肿、脂肪变;甲亢组TRα1、TRα2的表达量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,TRβ1在甲亢组中表达量降低。结论:母体罹患甲亢会对仔鼠肝产生影响,会引起甲状腺激素受体TRβ1的差异表达。
Objective.. To study the influence of hyperthyroidism on neonatus' liver. Methods: A model of hyperthyroidism with pregnancy was established. The livers of neonatal rats of the 5th day, 10th day and 15th day after parturition were obtained. The tissues were observed by anatomy and histo-pathological examination. The change of expression of thyroid hormone receptors (TRa1, TRa2 and TRβ1) was detected by RQ-PCR. Results: Cell swelling and fat degeneration were found in the liver cells of neonatal rats with maternal hyperthyroidism. There was no significant difference in the expression of TRa1 and TRa2 in the hyperthyroidism group compared with the control group. The expression of TRI31 in the group of hyperthyroidism was reduced. Conclusion, The maternal hyperthyroidism can influence the liver of the neonatal rats, leading to differential expression of thyroid hormone receptor TRI31.
