摘要 脑组织是神经、精神等很多研究工作和实验教学的重点部位,一般选用大鼠、小鼠、猫、家兔等的脑组织作为研究对象,部分尸体解剖也涉及。脑组织结构主要是神经细胞和神经胶质细胞,具有含水较丰富、质地较软、结构疏松、韧性低、极易自溶等特点。在常规石蜡切片基础上要针对这些特点适当操作,
