摘要
以EDTA为络合剂,选取含有重金属铅铜混合离子的土壤酸性沥出液为研究对象,探索络合纳滤工艺对铅离子和铜离子的去除率和膜通量的强化效果,并研究pH、EDTA浓度和操作压力对络合纳滤过程的影响,同时采用正交实验设计对络合纳滤工艺的操作条件进行优化.结果表明,EDTA可以明显地增加纳滤膜对铅铜混合离子的截留率并提高其膜通量,优化得到了EDTA络合纳滤工艺去除铅铜混合离子的最佳操作条件.
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) was chosen as the complexing agent to study the enhanced effects of nanofiltration for the removal of lead and copper mixed ions from soil acidic leachate. The effects of pH , concentration of EDTA and applied pressure on ions rejection were examined in complexation nanofiltration, and its process conditions were optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The results show that the rejection of lead and copper mixed ions and the permeate flux increase obviously with the present of EDTA in nanofiltration process. In addition, this paper obtains the optimum operating conditions of complexation nanofiltration for removal of lead and copper mixed ions.
