摘要
采用文献资料法、录像观察与统计法等,对中国男子自由体操技术实力发展的特征进行了系统分析,发现:成套技巧类动作主要以向后落地的C、D、E组难度动作为主,其次以一个D组或D组以上的技巧串创造连接加分,并以向后的E组高难度空翻动作为亮点;C、D组非技巧动作选用,则呈现多样化发展.成套动作完成质量随难度增加而有所下降,但整体变化趋势趋于稳定;中、外选手在动作选择,结构编排及完成情况在技巧类、非技巧类动作存在较大差距.
Using literature, expert interviews, analysis induction and logical reasoning method, video observation and statistics, characteristics of Chinese men in free gymnastics technical strength development has carried on the system analysis, found that free gymnastics skills class action mainly to backward landing end class C, D, E difficulty value, at the same time a group D or D group above the skills on the connection points. And backward class E group of high difficulty moves to become a bright spot in the non technical class action D, C group difficulty presents a variety of trends. The quality of complete set of movements decreased with the increase of difficulty, but the overall change trend tended to be stable. Compared with the Chinese and foreign athletes in the free exercise of technical strength in action selection, structural layout and completion of the situation in skills, skills, there is a large gap between the action.
