摘要
作为旅游摄影学的一种技术方法,VEP广泛运用于旅游目的地规划过程的意象定位和后期旅游者、当地居民等不同利益相关者对此目的地旅游意象反馈对比,从而体现旅游目的地中不同话语权的表达和利益诉求.通过对武汉楚河汉街这一代表性综合商业街中的美食休闲景点元素进行照片采集,以VEP分析框架提炼出特有的美食旅游意象并进行偏好对比,为平衡武汉地区美食旅游文化本土性以及日后美食休闲观光街深度开发与管理提出科学依据.
VEP as a technical approach of tourism photography, is widely used in image position of destination planning and comparison in destination image feedbacks between tourists, residents and other stakeholders in later stage in order to represent the expression of voice and 'beneficial pursuit "involved in the planning. By collecting the photos of food and leisure attraction elements about Chu River and Han Street, a typical downtown street. The study compares the different stakeholders' preferences of food tourism image within analytical framework of VEP. It aims at providing scientific suggestions to balance the locality of Wuhan food tourism culture, further develop and manage long-term food tourism downtown street.
