CIBR处理模拟生活污水的效果及菌群分析 被引量:2

摘要 实验采用连续流一体化生物反应器(CIBR)处理模拟生活污水。考察CIBR对污水的处理效果,并采用高通量测序分析取自污水处理厂的接种污泥与驯化完后CIBR中活性污泥的菌群组成结构。结果表明,CIBR能高效处理模拟生活污水,COD、NH_4^+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别达到90.9%、94.9%、83.1%和71.2%;在门级菌群中,接种污泥和CIBR活性污泥中的优势菌种均为Proteobacteria和Bacteroidetes,但在属水平上,两个生物系统中好氧菌、兼性菌、反硝化菌、氨氧化菌、亚硝氮氧化菌和聚磷菌在种类和相对丰度上存在明显差异,这可能与运行工况和进水水质不同有关。 A lab-scale continuous-inflow integrated biological reactor (CIBR) was adopted to treat the stimulated domestic wastewater. The performance of CIBR was investigated, and Illumina high- throughput sequencing technology was applied to reveal the bacterial community structures and com- positions of the seed sludge from a wastewater treatment plant and the activated sludge in CIBR. Re- sults show that CIBR is effective in treating the stimulated domestic wastewater, and the removals of COD, NH+-N, TN and TP reach 90. 9%, 94. 9%, 83. 1% and 71. 2%, respectively. Moreover, high-throughput sequencing demonstrates that Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes are predominant in both sludge samples at the phylum level, while at the genus level, significant differences between two biological systems are found in the compositions ria, denitrificas, AOB, NOB and PAOs, which influent characteristics. and relative abundances of aerobes, facultative bacte- is due to the differences of operational parameters and
