故障树分析法在防止柴油发电机事故中的应用

摘要 为快速找出柴油发电机火灾事故的主要原因,防止柴油发电机事故,运用故障树分析法构建一种柴油发电机火灾事故的故障树。阐述柴油发电机的结构和工作原理,分析柴油发电机的常见故障,编制柴油发电机火灾事故的故障树,并分析故障树的最小割集、最小径集及基本事件结构重要度。分析结果表明:该方法能够找出柴油发电机在安全管理方面的侧重点,对防止柴油发电机事故的发生起到很好的预防作用。 In order to quickly find out the main causes of diesel generator fire accidents and to prevent these accidents, fault tree analysis is used to establish fault tree for diesel generator fire accidents Firstly, the structure and the principles of diesel generator are introduced. Secondly, the common faults of diesel generator are analyzed. Thirdly, fault tree analysis for diesel generator accidents is build, and minimum cut sets, minimum path sets, and structure importance are analyzed. The analysis revealed that in this analysis method the emphasis of the safety management for diesel generators could be found out, which will be beneficial to prevention of diesel generator fire accidents.
