摘要
内蒙古新丰电厂N300-16.7/537/537型汽轮机排汽装置真空度长期低于设计值,严重影响汽轮机的经济性和安全性,还会使机组在夏季无法达到额定满负荷出力。通过分析研究,找出原因,提出提高排汽装置真空度的方法与措施。
Vacuum degree of exhaust steam device of N300-16.7/537/537 type steam turbine used in Xinfeng Power Plant in Inner Mongolia is lower than the design value for a long time, which had serious influence on the economy and safety of steam turbine, and still could make the unit cannot reach the full rated output in summer. Through the analysis and research, this paper found out the reasons, and put forward methods to improve the vacuum degree of exhaust steam device.
