井下带式运输机运行常见问题探究

Explorations of Common Problems Existed in the Operation of Underground Belt Conveyor

结合矿井大倾角下行运输实际,针对带式运输机在下运大倾角工作环境中的应用开展探究。在分析下运大倾角带式运输机运行常见技术问题的基础上,针对防滚滑、飞带捕捉和制动三个方面提出应对方案,并通过实例分析,对其应用效果进行了简单论证,为其它相似工程作业的开展提供了有力的实践经验。

Combining the reality of downward transport of large dip angle in mines, this paper explored the application of the belt conveyor in downward transport of large dip angle. On the basis of the analysis of common technical problems existed in downward transport of large dip angle, this paper put forward solutions to achieve rolling-sliding prevention, belt catcher and braking and carried out simple demonstration of its effect of application through case study so as to provide strong practical experience for the development of other similar proiects.
